Im-lost.com, informs you of the following.

As specified in the Terms of Service of im-lost.com, you have the option of entering your identification data, by way of example, company name, address and telephone number, including mobile number, and to publish them in a file (hereinafter, the “Service” or the “Form”) which will be automatically disseminated online on the website www.im-lost.com.

We inform you that the insertion takes place in compliance with the current AGCOM resolutions and the measures of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

1. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
   
   The personal data you provide to im-lost.com when registering and filling out your form are subject to manual and/or electronic processing by im-lost.com, in compliance with appropriate protection measures solely for the purposes and the related legal bases set out below.

For purposes strictly connected to the management of the contractual relationship and the provision of the service(s) requested by you and the strictly functional fulfilments of a production nature, customer assistance, also through processing by third parties, appointed by im-lost.com Data Processors, pursuant to article 28 of the GDPR, the list of which is made available upon request. **Legal basis of the processing: contractual relationship

For the purposes of commercial proposals relating to new products or services of im-lost.com similar to those already purchased, or updates to those already purchased, in compliance with the provisions of the “Guidelines on promotional activities and the fight against spam” issued by the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data on 4 July 2013. You may at any time oppose this treatment and deny consent to receive such communications by contacting the Data Controller through the channels listed below in art. 3.    4. For purposes functional to “marketing” activities such as: a) market research and statistical analyses, with adequate data anonymization measures b) survey of the level of satisfaction. Legal basis of the processing: legal interest of the Data Controller
   5. For the purposes of promotional activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction, as well as the opportunity to receive commercial offers, some of which are not available on the market, which may concern products and services of im-lost.com and its commercial partners, also through channels traditional (calls with an operator to the indicated landline or mobile phone, paper mail), electronic communication channels without operator intervention (e.g. SMS, mms, instant messaging, as well as email) and through the use of social networks. You may at any time oppose this treatment and deny or revoke your consent to receive such communications by contacting the Data Controller through the channels listed below in art. 3. **Legal basis of the processing: non-mandatory consent and without any consequence in case of refusal.
2. Type of data processed and storage times
   
   The data processed are those identifying your person voluntarily provided by you at the time of registration and/or compilation of your form and reported in the relevant online forms you have completed. Particularly:
   • name, telephone (landline or mobile), street, house number, e-mail; these data will be processed if the service remains active upon payment of the annual fee.
   • Registration data, such as: name, surname, email, tax code, email address, password to access the customer area; these data will be kept until the Service is active or the account has been canceled

3. Rights
   
   If in the foreseen cases the Customer has given his consent, he has the right to revoke it at any time for the purposes referred to in point e) as well as to express his refusal to receive the communications referred to in points c) and d) of this information. But the treatments previously performed remain unaffected. At any time, you may exercise the rights referred to in articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including accessing information concerning you and requesting its updating, rectification, and integration, as well as cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking, only if they are processed in violation of the law. You may also oppose all or part of the treatment.
   
   To exercise the rights indicated above, you can direct your requests to im-lost.com by writing to info@im-lost.com.
   
   Furthermore, you have the right to contact the Guarantor for the protection of personal data or another Authority to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data.
   
   Im-lost.com has appointed a personal data protection officer in compliance with articles 37 ff. of the GDPR which can be contacted by e-mail indicating the reason for the request.
   
   For better management of your request, we ask you to use the email account with which you may have registered for the im-lost.com services.
